摘　　要：铁路高职院校为我国铁路行业培养了大量地一线员工,为了让学生能够更好地学习专业知识,有明确的职业方向,学生在校期间除了理论学习之外,还要参加更多的实践训练。文章以机车综合无线通信设备(以下简称“CIR”)为例,探讨一种专业课程理论与实践相结合的教学模式,通过对“无线列调”课程理实一体化教学研究与实践,可将先进的实践教学理念、创新的实验教学方法、丰硕的实验教学改革成果、优质的实验教学资源辐射至同类学校,使更多的师生受益。Railway vocational colleges have trained a large number of front-line employees for China’s railway industry.In order to enable students to better learn professional knowledge and have a clear career direction,students need to participate in more practical training in addition to theoretical learning.This research takes locomotive integrated wireless communication equipment(CIR)as an example to explore a teaching mode of combining theory and practice of professional courses.Through the research and practice of the integration of theory and practice in the course of train dispatching without lines,advanced practical teaching ideas,innovative experimental teaching methods,rich experimental teaching reform results and high-quality experimental teaching resources can be radiated to the same university More teachers and students will benefit from such schools.
