摘　　要：新常态背景下,随着国家职业教育改革方案的不断实施,针对人才培养工作提出了一些新要求,强调职业学业证书制度的应用必要性以及对职业教育教学改革方面产生的优势。本文分析了1+X证书制度建设对于课程改革与突破的可能,然后结合1+X证书制度建设条件下,药品经营与管理专业课程教学改革困境,提出1+X证书制度建设条件下,药品经营与管理专业课程教学改革策略,以期实现教学的有效转变和创新。Under the background of the new normal,with the continuous implementation of the national vocational education reform program,some new requirements are put forward for personnel training,emphasizing the necessity of the application of vocational academic certificate system,as well as the advantages of vocational education teaching reform.This paper analyzes the possibility of 1+X certificate system construction for curriculum reform and breakthrough,and then combined with the dilemma of teaching reform of drug management and management specialty under the construction of 1+X certificate system,puts forward the teaching reform strategy of drug management and management specialty under the construction of 1+X certificate system,so as to realize the effective transformation and innovation of teaching.
