摘  要:目的系统评价我国护理硕士专业学位研究生就读期间培养体验相关的质性研究,为进一步完善培养模式提供依据。方法检索Web of Science、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、EBSCO、Scopus、EMBase、CINAHL、Medline、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库中从建库至2020年7月的相关质性研究。文章质量评价采用2016版澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准,运用汇集性整合方法对研究结果进行整合。结果共纳入16项研究,提炼出63个结果、归纳出11个新的类别,综合为3个整合结果:临床实践可带来综合能力的提升,注重合理的培养方式获益感更强;科研能力是护理硕士专业学位研究生最想提升的能力,实际学习和获得的指导不足是很多问题的根源;护理硕士专业学位研究生身份带来多种矛盾体验。结论相关政策制定者和培养单位需充分了解护理硕士专业学位研究生就读期间的培养体验和需求,明确受教育者视角下培养模式的不足并进行针对性改进,更好地促进人才培养。Objective To systematically review the qualitative research related to postgraduate training experience of masters of nursing specialist in China,and to provide basis for modifying future training model.Methods We searched qualitative studies in Web of Science,PubMed,The Cochrane Library,EBSCO,Scopus,EMBase,CINAHL,Medline,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM)from the inception to July 2020.The JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia(2016 edition)was used to evaluate the quality of studies.Meta aggregative approach was used to integrate the results.Results A total of 16 studies were included,with 63 extracted results,from which we summarized 11 categories and 3 integrated results:the improvement of comprehensive competence through clinical practice and strong sense of benefits from reasonable training mode;research ability as the most desirable one and inadequate practical learning and guidance as the root of verified problems;a variety of contradictory experience induced by being MNS.Conclusion With full understanding of the training experience and needs related to postgraduates of MNS during the postgraduate period,and the shortcomings of the existing training mode from the perspective of educated are conducive to making targeted improvements,so as to promote talent cultivation.
