摘  要:目的优化牛樟叶粗多糖的微生物发酵工艺。方法以粗多糖得率为指标,以菌种、发酵时间、发酵温度、接菌量为考察因素,在单因素试验基础上采用Box-Benhnken中心组合试验设计优化牛樟叶粗多糖的发酵工艺条件。结果发酵的最佳工艺条件为发酵时间2.23 d,发酵温度25℃,接菌量6%。结论该优化工艺稳定可靠,试验值与建立的模型预测值基本一致。Objective To optimize the microbial fermentation conditions of the extraction of crude polysaccharides from Cinnamomum kanehirae Leaves.Methods With taking the yield of crude polysaccharide as the index,the bacteria strain,fermentation time,fermentation temperature and the inoculation amount of bacteria as the investigation factors,the fermentation conditions of crude polysaccharides from Cinnamomum kanehirae Leaves were optimized by Box-Behnken central composite design based on the single factor test.Results The optimum fermentation conditions were as follows:the fermentation time was 2.23 d,the fermentation temperature was 25℃,and the inoculation amount was 6%.Conclusion The optimized process is stable and reliable,and the experimental value is consistent with the predicted value of the established model.
