摘　　要：福特phve冷板检测定位pin是一种小型的短的台阶轴类机器,这种机器广泛应用于汽车配件的检测领域。综合应用了气动、步进电机驱动与控制、PLC、HMI、检测传感等多种控制技术,设计分拣设备控制系统的工作流程、气动回路、PLC控制回路、HMI画面等。经过实验,设计实现了福特phve冷板检测定位pin产品的分拣控制,控制效果良好。Ford phve cold plate detection and positioning pin is a small short step shaft machine,which is widely used in the field of auto parts detection. The paper comprehensively applies various control technologies such as pneumatic,stepper motor drive and control,PLC,HMI,detection and sensing,and designs the workflow,pneumatic circuit,PLC control circuit and HMI screen of sorting equipment control system. Through experiments,the sorting control of pin products for Ford phve cold plate detection and positioning is designed and realized,and the control effect is good.
