摘　　要：生物化学作为生命科学、食品和农学等相关专业的基础理论课程,对人才专业知识培养至关重要。为了实现全课程育人的目标,本文以生物化学课程为例,对生物化学课程思政的必要性、思政元素、教学方法及教学效果评价进行探讨,在提升学生专业知识的同时提高了思想政治素养,培养学生正确的价值观。Biochemistry, as the basic theory course of life science, food, agriculture and other related majors, is of great importance to the cultivation of talents’ professional knowledge. In order to achieve the goal of educating students in the whole course, this paper takes the biochemistry course as an example to discuss the necessity, elements, teaching methods and teaching effect evaluation of the ideological and political course in the biochemistry course. It not only improves students’ professional knowledge, but also improves their ideological and political literacy, so as to cultivate students’ correct values.
