摘 要:近年来,国家多次出台政策文件,提出提升教师培养质量。教师培养中最关键的能力就是教学能力,因而强化"钢笔字、毛笔字、粉笔字、普通话、课堂教学技能"等教学基本功和教学技能训练尤为重要。本研究基于朋辈教育理论,提供专门的训练基地、建立科学的管理体系、规范的规章制度和"层级化、类别化"的培训机制,通过专业教师指导、教员选拔、制定计划和跟进训练,形成高年级学生对低年级学生的"传、帮、带"教学技能训练平台,从而提高师范生的教学技能。In recent years, our country has issued several policy documents to improve the quality of teacher training. The most critical ability in teacher training is teaching ability. So it is particularly important to strengthen the training of teaching skills and teaching basic skills such as "Pen writing, Calligraphy, Chalk writing, Mandarin Chinese and Classroom teaching skills". Based on peer education theory, this study provides specialized training base, establish a scientific management system, standardized rules and regulations and "level, category" training mechanism, and through professional teachers, faculty selection, training plan and follow up, form a senior student of junior students "pass, help, take" teaching skill training platform, so as to improve the teaching skills of students.
