目的论视角下英文合同的语言特征与翻译--以石油英文合同为例

摘　　要：随着我国综合国力的提升,石油贸易走向国际市场,这种对外贸易不可缺少的就是英文合同。英文合同不同于一般文体,它是法律英语的一种,具有专业性,严谨性,正式性等特点。本文以目的论为指导,分析英文合同的语言特征,从词汇,句式等方面举例探讨。With the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength, oil trade moves to the international market, and a necessary part is English contracts. English contract is different from general style, which is a kind of legal English with professional, strict, formal characteristics. Under the guidance of Skopos theory, this paper first analyzes linguistic features of English contracts, and then discusses with examples analyze from the different aspects of contracts.
