摘　　要：创新思维是一种培养学生开拓创新性精神的素质教育,文章根据食品分析与检测实验课程特点,从课程设置、课程目标、教学内容和教学方式及课程考评体系等四个方面,探索在教学中融入创新思维的路径,旨在为综合性高等院校同类专业建设提供参考。Creative thinking can cultivate students’ innovative spirit. Based on the course of Food Analysis and Safegy Verification, we attemp to find a new way to integrating creative thinking in teaching the course, including course objectives, teaching content and teaching methods, and course evaluation system. It is important to find the learning enthusiasm was improved, as well as the innovation ability and practice ability in food analysis and testing class.
