功能对等视域下英文石油项目招标书的特征及汉译

摘　　要：随着我国对外贸易进程的不断加快,国内企业在国际招标活动中的参与度不断提高。英文招标书的汉译显得尤为重要。本文以Y石油公司关于提供电缆测井设备和服务的招标书为例,分析英文石油项目招标书的词汇及句法特征,并在功能对等理论指导下探析其汉译方法。With the rapid development of China’s foreign trade, more and more domestic enterprises have participated in international competitive tendering. Therefore, it is of great importance to translate English tender documents into Chinese. Taking Y oil company’s invitation to tender for the provision of electric wireline logging equipment and services as an example, this paper analyzes the lexical and syntactic features of English crude oil tenders, and explores the Chinese translation methods under the guidance of functional equivalence theory.
