新时代高校思政“金课”建设的实践路径探析

摘  要:新时代对高校思政课提出了建设“金课”的新要求,而影响思政“金课”建设的核心问题是如何处理教与学“一对关系”,根本瓶颈在于教师主体作用的充分发挥和学生主体性的真正激活。为此,必须推进“四个回归”,重塑教与学“一对关系”,再造师生“两个主体”,开展提升教师教学能力、激发学生学习主体性、推进教学“两个共同体”建设“三大行动”,让教师成为娴熟驾驭课堂的学生学习的指导者、引领者,让学生成为课堂教学的参与者、贡献者,让沉默单向的课堂变成碰撞思想、启迪智慧的互动场所,从而实现教师发展、学生成长、课堂增效。Construction of golden course is a new requirement that the new era puts forward to ideological and political course in colleges and universities.The core affecting the construction is the relationship between teaching and learning.The fundamental bottleneck lies in the proper exertion of the teachers’subjective role and the real activation of the students’subjectivity.Therefore,four returns should be promoted,the relationship between teaching and learning should be reconstructed,actions including improvement of teachers’teaching ability,stimulation of students’learning subjectivity and promotion of two-community construction in teaching should be launched,making the teacher be a guide and leader who can skillfully control the class,making the students be the participants in the classroom teaching,and changing the silent one-way class to an interaction place with idea collision and wisdom enlightenment,so as to foster the teachers and students,and improve the efficiency of class teaching.
