摘 要:野外地质实习是地质类专业实践教学的重要组成部分,是强化人才培养质量、提高学生实践能力的重要途径和载体。文章梳理了野外地质实习组织管理的三个环节,经过德尔菲法筛选,搭建了包含3个一级评估指标、9个二级评估指标的教学质量评估指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定了指标的权重。以长江大学资源勘查工程专业《油气地质野外实习》为例,介绍了野外地质实习教学质量评估的具体实施方案。评估结果将为持续改进野外实习组织管理的薄弱环节,不断提高野外实习教学质量提供重要依据。The field geological practice is an important part of practical teaching of geology major.Moreover,it is an important way and carrier to strengthen the quality of personnel training and improve students'practical ability.Through Delphi method,the evaluation index system of teaching quality including three primary evaluation indexes and nine secondary evaluation indexes is established,and the weight of the indexes is determined by analytic hierarchy process.Taking the oil and gas geology field practice of Resource Exploration Engineering in Yangtze University as an example,the specific implementation scheme is introduced.Based on the evaluation results,the weak links in the organization and management of field geological teaching practice should be continuously improved,and the teaching quality of field geological practice would be continuously improved.
