摘 要:研究生导师的团队建设是整个研究生培养的核心,影响到研究生的培养质量以及科研水平的提升,近年来越来越受到重视。文章以重庆大学绿色化学化工中心研究生培养情况出发,通过分析该中心研究生培养现状,并结合研究生导师团队建设的经验体会,对研究生导师团队建设的机制进行了研究,对提升研究生培养质量进行了初步的探索,以期能对后续研究生培养的规范化和可操作化提供参考。The team building of postgraduate tutor is the core of the whole postgraduate training, which is related to the improvement of graduate student training quality and scientific research level, and has attracted much more attention. Starting from the status of postgraduate training in Chongqing University Green Chemical lab, this paper combs the problems of postgraduate training in the present stage by investigating all aspects of postgraduate training, and combining with the experience of the team building of postgraduate mentors in their own units. This paper studies the mechanism of the team building of postgraduate mentors in order to make a preliminary exploration on the standardization and operationalization of the subsequent postgraduate training and the improvement of the quality of postgraduate training.
