摘  要:“县管校聘”制度的出发点在于解决和平衡教师资源不均的问题,实现教育资源的可持续性发展。“县管校聘”主要在于促进教师资源的有效流动,使教育资源实现真正的跨区域,且合理、高效地运用师资带动教育的发展。在全面实施过程中突显的教师问题,也理应成为教师发展和改革的重心。The starting point of the"county management school employment"system is to solve and balance the problem of uneven teacher resources,and to achieve the sustainable development of educational resources."County management school recruitment"is mainly to promote the effective flow of teacher resources,so that educational resources can be truly cross-regional,and teachers can be used rationally and efficiently to drive the development of education.Teacher issues that have emerged in the process of full implementation should also become the focus of teacher development and reform.
