摘 要:以福建省顺昌县当地野生藤茶为研究对象,利用日立L8900型氨基酸测定仪对干制藤茶叶和特制藤茶膏的氨基酸组分进行测定分析。结果表明,藤茶叶和藤茶膏中均含有丰富的氨基酸,其中含有人体必需的氨基酸5~6种,含人体非必需、在人体内可合成的氨基酸8种,必需的氨基酸含量各自相当;除γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,g-ABA)外,其余人体可合成的氨基酸种类的含量差异比较悬殊。In this study,the local wild Ampelopsis grossedentata in Shunchang county,Fujian province was taken as the research object,and the amino acid components of dried and special Ampelopsis grossedentata paste were determined and analyzed by Hitachi L8900 amino acid analyzer.The results showed that both Ampelopsis grossedentata and Ampelopsis grossedentata paste contained abundant amino acids,including 5~6 essential amino acids for the human body,8 non-essential but synthesizable amino acids for the human body,and the contents of essential amino acids were comparable.Except for raminobutyric acid(g-ABA),the contents of other synthetic amino acids in the human body were quite different.
