摘  要:以食品高职产教融合、校企合作培养高层次创新人才研究为目标,研究与当地经济社会发展密切给合的高职食品质量与安全等专业产教融合、校企合作模式下的人才培养,以校企共建实训基地为依托,以课程开发为特点,进行产教融合、校企合作运行及管理、激励人才制度的建设等方面的研究与尝试,对于当地食品行业的可持续发展及高职食品类专业如何培养能够胜任社会需求的高层次创新人才均起到了积极的促进作用。This topic to food production teaching fusion,university-enterprise cooperation study training high-level innovative talents as the goal,research closely with the local economic and social development to higher vocational food quality and safety,professional production of teaching fusion,university-enterprise cooperation mode of talent training,obtain the construction of practice base as the backing,with the development of curriculum characteristics,the fusion,between production and education cooperation operation and management and the construction of the incentive system of talent research and attempt for the sustainable development of the local food industry and how to cultivate qualified social demand in the major of higher vocational food of high-level innovative talents have played a positive role in promoting.
