摘 要:为培养综合发展的高层次医学人才,探索与国际接轨的人才培养模式,自2004年以来,我国开始试办以期培养具备“通识通科的医学基础,贯穿全程的综合素质和面向未来的发展潜能”的临床医学精英的八年制医学教育。随着试点院校八年制医学教育的深入开展,科研素质培养成效欠佳等短板逐渐突出。因此,提升八年制医学生的科研水平已被列为八年制医学教育的重点培养方向。学校作为第一批八年制试办高校,在科研培养方面进行了十多年的实践与探索。为解决现阶段八年制科研培养中仍存在的科研氛围不好、科研动力不足、科研时间不够、科研效率不高、科研质量不佳以及师生间沟通不到位等系列问题,进一步提升八年制临床医学生的科研素养,学校通过完善科研组织形式、构建优质科教平台、营造良好科研环境、建立有效沟通途径等一系列措施,以期推动八年制医学教育走向兼顾临床和科研全面培养的高质量、高效率发展轨道。In order to cultivate high-level medical talents with the capacity of comprehensive development,and to explore a talent training model that is in line with international standards,China has begun trials of eight-year medical education since 2004,with a view to training the elite of clinical medicine who has ability of general medical foundation,comprehensive qualities throughout the whole process,and future-oriented development potential.After the in-depth development of eight-year medical education in pilot colleges,shortcomings such as poor scientific research quality training have gradually become prominent.Therefore,improving the scientific research level of eightyear medical students has been listed as the key training direction of eight-year medical education.As the first batch universities of performing academic structure as above,Southern medical university has carried out practice and exploration in scientific research and training more than ten years.For the purpose of solving the series of problems such as the downturned research atmosphere,lacking of research motivation,deficient research time,low research efficiency,poor research quality,and inadequate communication between teachers and students in the scientific research training of eight-year medical education at this stage,our school has further improved the scientific research literacy through a series of measures such as improving the form of scientific research organization,building a high-quality science and education platform,creating a good scientific research environment,and establishing effective communication channels,expecting to promote the eight-year medical education to a high-quality and high-efficiency development track that takes into account the comprehensive training of clinical and scientific research.
