摘 要:目的研究情景模拟教学法在妇产科住院医生临床技能教学中的应用价值。方法选取中南大学湘雅医院妇产科住院医生规范化培训一年级学生27名,采用情景模拟教学法进行经阴道后穹窿穿刺术、诊断性刮宫术、宫内节育器放置术这三项妇产科临床技能的教学,通过调查问卷反馈及教学前后理论测试来评估教学效果。结果学生认为情景模拟教学真实,能够提高学习的兴趣,提升对理论知识及临床技能的理解及掌握,提高了医患沟通能力,增强临床操作信心。课程后的测试成绩较课前测试成绩提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学可以提高妇产科住院医生临床技能教学效果、提升学生的综合素质。Objective To investigate the values of scenario simulation in clinical skills training of obstetrics and gynecology residents.Methods A total of 27 PGY-1 obstetrics and gynecology residents participated in three scenario simulation curriculums aiming at clinical skills training,which included culdocentesis,dilation and evacuation,and intrauterine contraceptive device insertion.The pre-and post-curriculum tests were set to evaluate knowledge with respect to the skills.Questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the pedagogic value of scenario simulation curriculums.Results There were significant increase in mean scores of post-curriculum tests for all three clinical skills,comparing with pre-curriculum tests.Residents thought highly of the teaching strategy.It is useful for training of procedural skills,communication skills and mastering of basic knowledge.The confidence of performing the three clinical skills in practical life was enhanced.Conclusion scenario simulation is an effective teaching strategy with potential to improve the clinical skills and comprehensive quality of obstetrics and gynecology residents.
