风湿免疫科在住院医师规培中的困境初探

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是国家医疗改革的重要举措之一,风湿免疫科是医院内科学领域中的一种新兴学科。主要研究疾病包括类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、强直性脊柱炎等风湿免疫类疾病,也是参加内科规培的住院医师必须轮转的科室。绝大部分参与规培的住院医师对于风湿病知识的理解和掌握存在着困难。因此,作为一个新兴、师资力量相对薄弱而又专科性较强的科室,如何在2个月内帮助住院医师更好的理解风湿免疫性疾病的相关知识、掌握常见疾病的诊疗,已成为风湿免疫科带教老师的当务之急。文章就当前风湿免疫科在住院医师规范化培训中面临的困境和解决策略进行了初步探讨。The standardized training of resident physicians is one of the important measures in the national medical reform.Rheumatology is a new discipline in the field of hospital internal medicine.The main research diseases include rheumatoid arthritis,systemic lupus erythematosus,ankylost spondylitis and other rheumatoid immune diseases.It is also a department that must be rotated by residents participating in the internal medicine program.Most of the residents participating in the program have difficulties in understanding and mastering the knowledge of rheumatism.Therefore,as an emerging department with relatively weak faculty and strong specialty,how to help residents better understand the knowledge of rheumatism and immunity diseases and master the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases within 2 months has become an urgent task for teachers in the rheumatology department.In this paper,the author discusses the difficulties and solutions in the standardized training of resident physicians in the department of rheumatology and immunology.
