摘  要:结合声控开关精密外壳在注塑成型生产过程中,采用人工辅助取件成型效率较低和劳动强度较大的现状,通过分析开关外壳的外形结构特点、注塑模模具的型腔布局和浇注系统的形式,设计了相应的真空吸盘和去除浇注系统凝料的夹钳一体化的夹具结构。通过研究自动取件系统的设备组成和工作流程,运用机械手配合注塑机同步工作实现自动取件,设计了以PLC为核心的自动取件控制系统。采用PLC程序配合触摸屏可以实现智能精确控制自动取件系统的工作频率、机械手的传送路径和真空吸盘的吸放动作,以及开关外壳的高效率自动化循环注塑生产,开关外壳的生产质量显著提高并趋于稳定,节省了企业的生产劳动力。In view of the current situation that artificial removal affects the molding efficiency and labor intensity in the injection molding process of voice switch precision shell,the shape structure of switch shell,the layout of injection mold cavity and the form of gating system were analyzed,the integrated fixture structure of the vacuum suction cup and clamp for removing gating system was designed,the composition and workflow of the automatic picking system using manipulator to cooperate with injection molding machine were studied,and the automatic pick-up control system with PLC as the control core was designed.The working frequency of the system,the transmission path of the manipulator and the suction and discharge action of the vacuum sucker were intelligent and precise controlled by the PLC program and the touch screen.Thus,the high efficiency automatic cycle injection molding production of the switch shell was realized,the production quality of the switch shell was improved and stabilized,and the production labor force of the enterprise was saved.
