摘 要:在工程实际维修过程中,针对备件短缺的常见问题,以FANUC Oi Mate-TB的数控车床维修滚珠丝杠为研究对象,结合工厂实际采用修配法更换不同螺距、不同螺旋旋向和不同长度尺寸的滚珠丝杠,并设定了轴旋转方向、柔性齿轮比参数和采用锁紧式联结轴套加长轴的长度至满足要求。采用XL-80型激光干涉仪检测了机床X/Z轴反向间隙、螺距补偿、定位精度和重复定位精度,并导入分析得到的数据补偿值至机床。经试车,机床精度符合要求,验证了该方法的可靠性和有效性,解决了工程实际维修过程中备件短缺的常见问题。In the course of engineering maintenance,aiming at the problem of spare parts shortage,we took the maintenance ball screw of FANUC Oi Mate-TB NC machine tool as the research object,adopted ball screws with different pitch,different spiral direction and different length based on the actual use of the factory,and set the axis rotation direction,the flexible gear ratio parameter and the length of the extended shaft with locking coupling sleeve to meet the requirements.The X-Z axis backlash,pitch compensation,positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the machine tool were detected by XL-80 laser interferometer,and the compensation value obtained by the analysis was imported to the machine tool.Actual tests showed that the accuracy of the machine tool met the requirements,which verified the reliability and validity of the method.This method has solved the problem of spare parts shortage in the course of engineering maintenance.
