摘　　要：成人继续教育能在智力方面支持生产技术的发展,对社会发展有着非常巨大的影响。本文基于理论研究和实践观察,以对互联网+终身学习融合背景的了解为基础,指出办学理念和学习模式的创新,以及时间空间的自由、学习资源的丰富等背景特点之下,各教育主体应当注意到人才要求的转变并综合研判自身所面临的实际情况,通过准备与实践两个方面的优化,深度融合成人继续教育与互联网+技术以及对应平台,而准备与实践的优化细节是本次研究的重点所在,希望据此达到成人继续教育深化发展的指导作用。Adult continuing education can support the development of production technology in terms of intelligence,which has a great impact on social development.Based on theoretical research and practical observation,based on the understanding of the background of the Internet plus lifelong learning integration,the author points out that under the background of the innovation of school running philosophy and learning mode,as well as the freedom of time and space,and the enrichment of learning resources,the main body of education should pay attention to the change of the requirements of talents and comprehensively judge the actual situation that they are facing,and through the optimization of preparation and practice integrate adult continuing education with Internet plus technology and corresponding platform.The details of the optimization of preparation and practice are the key points of this research which aims to provide guidance to the further development of adult continuing education.
