摘　　要：新时代成人高等教育的历史使命已由学历补偿转变为助力学习型社会建设。加之现在的教育生态与当初设立全国成人高考时已发生很大的转变,国家从政策层面也一再支持招生制度的改革,所以成人高等教育招生制度的改革迫在眉睫,招生制度改革将为成人高等教育的发展注入新的活力。文章从成人高等教育招生制度改革的迫切性进行剖析,认为成人高等教育招生制度改革方向在于注册制入学,并从成人高等教育各参与主体的职责角度阐述了注册制入学改革的重点任务。The historical mission of adult higher education in the new era has changed from academic compensation to helping the construction of a learning society.In addition,great changes have taken place between the current education ecology and the establishment of the national adult college entrance examination.The state has repeatedly supported the reform of the enrollment system from the policy level.Therefore,the reform of the enrollment system of adult higher education is imminent.The reform of the enrollment system will inject new vitality into the development of adult higher education.This paper analyzes the urgency of the enrollment system reform of adult higher education,holds that the direction of the enrollment system reform of adult higher education lies in the enrollment system,and expounds the key tasks of the enrollment system reform from the perspective of the responsibilities of all participants in adult higher education.
