摘 要:职教本科作为职教新政下的产物,是与普通本科并列的全日制本科学历教育,正处于萌芽状态,其办学之路尚在摸索之中。在人才培养过程中,课程体系是保障和提高教育质量的关键,决定了学生所获取的知识结构。职教本科的课程体系是高层次技术技能人才培养中非常重要的内容,构建该课程体系的重要性不言而喻。提出基于PGSD能力分析模型的职教本科人才培养范式,以现代物流管理专业为例,通过剖析物流典型岗位,分析现代物流管理专业的PGSD能力,并从人才培养目标、人才培养要求、技术体系构建、课程体系设计、课程内容及课程间逻辑的界定等方面系统分析课程体系构建过程。As a product of the new policy of vocational education,higher vocational undergraduate education is a full-time undergraduate education paralleling with ordinary undergraduate education.It is in its infancy and is still in the groping way of running a school.In the process of talent cultivation,curriculum system is the key to ensure and improve the quality of education,and determines the knowledge structure acquired by students.Therefore,it is of great importance for higher vocational colleges to construct the curriculum system of undergraduate vocational education in cultivating high-level technical talents.Based on the PGSD ability analysis model,this paper puts forward the talent cultivating paradigm of higher vocational undergraduates.Taking the modern logistics management major as an example,this paper analyzes the PGSD abilities of logistics management major by analyzing the typical logistics jobs.Furthermore,it systematically analyzes the construction process of curriculum system from the aspects of talent training objectives,talent training requirements,technical system construction,curriculum system design,curriculum content and logical definition of inter-curriculum.
