摘  要:“政行企校”协同海外办学是职业教育助力“一带一路”建设的重要形式。“政行企校”合作虽得到了职教领域广泛关注,但从“政行企校”合作角度分析其联动耦合作用在高职院校海外办学中影响机理方面的研究相对较少。以中国-赞比亚职业技术学院为研究样本,构建“政行企校”四方联动模型,探索其在中赞职院管理组织架构、处室及院系设置、职业教育型孔子课堂中的作用,并总结中赞职院四方联动的办学机制,为进一步推动职业教育“走出去”贡献智慧和方案。Cooperation between“government,industry,enterprise and school”in overseas school-running has become an important form of vocational education assisting“the Belt and Road”Construction.Although this cooperation form has been widely concerned in the field of vocational education,there is relatively little research on the mechanism behind the linkage coupling effect in the overseas running of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of this cooperation form.Taking Sino-Zam Vocation College of Science and Technology as the research sample,this paper constructs the four party linkage model of“government,industry,enterprise and school”,explores their roles in the management organization structure,department and department setting,and vocational Confucius Classroom,summarizes the four party linkage school running mechanism,so as to contribute wisdom and solutions to further promote the“going out”of vocational education.
