高校图书馆用户培训效果控制的实践研究

摘　　要：用户培训是高校图书馆教育功能的重要内涵和体现,它具有主题设计灵活、内容覆盖面广、用户需求差异大、用户选择自由度高等特征,因而导致培训质量与效果较难把握。文章结合首都师范大学图书馆多年开展用户培训的实践,确定了用户培训效果控制的闭环工作流程,并从定量和定性多维度验证培训效果控制的可行性,期望能为培训效果评估提供一些参考依据。User training is an important connotation and embodiment of the educational function of university library.Due to its flexible design of theme,the wide coverage,the different demand of the users and high freedom of user choices,it's difficult to control the quality and effect of training.According to the practice of user training in Capital Normal University Libraryfor many years,we summarize the basic process of user training effect control,and verify the feasibility of training effect control from quantitative and qualitative dimensions.It's expected to provide some reference for training effect evaluation.
