摘 要:目的探讨微信微格教学法在中医外科学生临床操作技能强化中的价值。方法选取2017—2018年山东省中医院中医外科学学生120人作为研究对象,根据抽签法分为实验组和对照组,每组60人。实验组采用微信微格教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。最后依据操作评分标准以及调查问卷评估微信微格教学法的教学效果。结果在此次超声引导下甲状腺结节穿刺术操作中,实验组技能操作分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生的教学方法、操作内容掌握、提高自主学习能力的满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信微格教学法在中医外科学生临床操作技能教学中,能够明显优化教学成果,提升学习效率,更能培养出临床真正需要的实用型人才。Objective To explore the value of WeChat microteaching in strengthening the clinical operation skills of students of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods a total of 120 students of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine from 2017 to 2018 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the drawing,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group used WeChat microteaching.The control group used traditional teaching method.Finally,the teaching effect of WeChat microteaching was evaluated according to the operation scoring standard and questionnaire.Results In the operation of ultrasound-guided thyroid nodule puncture,the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction rates of the experimental group students'mastery of teaching methods,operation contents and improvement of autonomous learning ability were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat microteaching method can obviously optimize teaching results,improve learning efficiency,and cultivate practical talents that are really needed in clinical practice.
