产出导向视域下小学教育本科专业人才培养特色的探索与反思

摘　　要：汉江师范学院小学教育本科专业基于师范类专业认证的“产出导向”理念,根据地方基础教育发展实际需求和专业自身发展特点,对“乡村情怀、双线融通、四方协同”的人才培养特色实践探索过程进行总结。并结合人才培养实际,从协同育人的人才培养机制仍需提升、学生的创新能力需要加强两个方面对人才培养特色进行过程反思,提出相应的改进策略。This study takes the undergraduate major of primary education in Hanjiang Normal University as an example.Based on the concept of“outcome-based education”of normal education certification and according to the actual needs of local basic education development,this study summarizes the practice of talent cultivation featuring“rural feelings,double-line integration and four-party coordination”.Combination of the reality of talent cultivation,this paper reflects on the problems in talent cultivation characteristics,which are that mechanism of collaborative talent cultivation still needs to be improved and that students’innovation ability needs to be strengthened.It puts forward strategies for improvement.
