摘　　要：社区教育与乡村文化振兴直接影响农村优秀文化的传播与传承,更能对农村文化教育的可持续发展起到促进作用。社区教育通过激活乡村文化场域、建立乡村文化长效良性发展机制、唤醒农民主体参与意识等方式,助推乡村文化振兴战略落地实践。而新时期,农村社区教育仍然偏离“为农服务”的初衷,教育激励机制供给与相关人才培养力度不足,难以有效发挥出对乡村文化振兴的助推作用。在农村社区教育具体实践过程中,需不断加大政策宣传力度和文化指引作用,明确社区教育管理权责,推动地域特色教材开发,丰富社区教育教学形式,切实助推乡村文化振兴战略高效落地。Community education and rural culture revitalization have a direct impact on the dissemination and inheritance of excellent rural culture,and can promote the sustainable development of rural cultural education.Community education promotes the implementation of rural cultural revitalization strategy by activating rural cultural field,establishing a long-term and benign development mechanism of rural culture,and arousing farmers participation consciousness.In the new era,rural community education still deviates from the original intention of“serving agriculture”,and the supply of education incentive mechanism and the training of related talents are insufficient,which makes it difficult to effectively play the role in boosting the revitalization of rural culture.Therefore,in the specific practice of rural community education,it is necessary to continuously increase policy publicity and play the role of cultural guidance,clarify the rights and responsibilities of community education management,promote the development of teaching materials with regional characteristics,enrich the teaching forms of community education,and effectively promote the efficient implementation of the strategy of rural cultural revitalization.
