摘  要:目的探讨影像学专业本科生骨肿瘤影像诊断临床实习教学中,应用多学科综合诊疗(MDT)模式下的以问题为基础教学法(PBL)的教学效果。方法选取在我院放射科进行骨肿瘤专业实习的本科实习生60例,随机分为两组,各30例。实验组实施MDT模式下PBL教学,对照组采用传统讲授式教学法(LBL)教学,比较两组教学效果和学生满意度。结果实验组与对照组的理论成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但影像判读能力和临床相关知识成绩实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.899,P<0.05)。两组教学满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在学习、沟通能力的提高及课程难易度方面实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.082、25.237,P<0.05)。结论MDT模式下PBL教学在骨肿瘤专业临床带教中应用效果良好,学生满意度较高。Objective To investigate the effect of the problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method under multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)mode in the teaching of bone tumor imaging diagnosis for undergraduate students majoring in radiology.Methods A total of 60 undergraduate interns who were learning about bone tumor disease in Department of Radiology in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The interns in the experimental group were taught with the PBL teaching method under the MDT mode,and those in the control group were taught with traditional lecture-based learning method.The two groups were compared in terms of teaching effect and degree of satisfaction among students.Results There was no significant difference in theoretical test score between the two groups(P>0.05),but the experimental group had significantly higher scores of imaging interpretation and clinical knowledge than the control group(t=7.899,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of satisfaction with teaching between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had significantly better improvements in learning and communication abilities and the difficulty of the course(t=13.082,25.237;P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching method under the MDT mode has a good effect in the clinical teaching of bone tumor diseases for undergraduate students,with a high degree of satisfaction among students.
