摘  要:目的探讨器官移植专科护士核心能力和职业生命质量的关系,并分析核心能力的影响因素。方法采用护士一般资料调查表、器官移植专科护士核心能力量表、职业生命质量量表对福建省福州市具备器官移植资质科室的181名护士进行问卷调查。结果器官移植专科护士核心能力总均分为(3.57±0.60)分,职业生命质量总均分为(3.50±0.45)分,二者呈正相关;多元逐步回归分析显示,学历、职务、所属科室及职业生命质量中工作环境维度对器官移植专科护士核心能力有影响(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论器官移植专科护士核心能力和职业生命质量处于中等偏上水平,护理管理者应重视改善其职业生命质量,采取策略提高其学历、增加职务活动参与性,针对科室开展针对性继续教育培训,优化工作环境,以提升其核心能力。Objective To investigate the core competence and occupational life quality of organ transplanation nurses,and to analyze the relationship between them and the influencing factors of core competence.Methods A total of 181 nurses with organ transplantation qualification in Fuzhou,Fujian province were selected for the core competence and occupational quality of life survey,using the general nurse information questionnaire,the core competency scale for organ transplantation specialist nurses,and the occupational quality of life scale.Results The total mean score of organ transplantation specialist nurses'core competence was(3.57±0.60)points,and the total mean score of occupational quality of life was(3.50±0.45)points,showing a significant positive correlation.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that education background,position,department and the working environment dimension of occupational life quality had an impact on the core competence of organ transplantation nurses(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The core competence and occupational quality of life of organ transplantation nurses are above the average level.Nursing managers should pay attention to improving their occupational life quality,adopting strategies to improve their educational background,increasing their participation in job activities,carrying out targeted continuing education and training for departments,and optimizing the working environment to improve their core competence.
