摘　　要：遗传作为肿瘤发生的重要因素,影响着肿瘤的发生发展。依托于基因组学和遗传学的进步,遗传性肿瘤风险评估也得以在肿瘤学、遗传学、基因组学护理等领域不断地发展。护理人员充分利用基因组学知识对患者可能患有与遗传基因相关疾病风险进行评估,极大地提高了肿瘤高风险人群进行早期预防与干预的意识。遗传性肿瘤风险评估在欧美国家得到了充分的发展和应用,但在我国仍处于起步阶段。本文将从基因组学护理的概念和发展概况、遗传性肿瘤风险评估的发展现状和工作流程以及目前遗传性肿瘤风险评估在基因组学护理中的应用现状进行综述,旨在为国内护理事业发展遗传性肿瘤风险评估提供信息。Heredity is an important factor that affects the occurrence and development of tumors.Relying on the advancement of genomics and genetics,hereditary tumor risk assessment has been continuously developed in the fields of oncology,genetics,and genomics nursing.Nursing staff make full use of genomics knowledge to assess the risk of patients with genetic-related diseases,which greatly improves the awareness of early prevention and intervention for people at high risk of tumors.Genetic tumor risk assessment has been fully developed and applied in European and American countries,but it is still in its infancy in our country.This article will review the concept and development of genomics nursing,the development status and workflow of hereditary tumor risk assessment,and the current application status of hereditary tumor risk assessment in genomics nursing,aiming to provide information for developing hereditary tumor risk assessment in domestic nursing.
