摘　　要：外宣翻译的质量直接影响对外交流的结果和中华文化的传播。因此高校在培养应用型翻译人才时要建立翻译人才培养体系,完善翻译人才培养理念。从培养目标、课程体系、市场需求、翻译实践、师资建设等方面探讨创新培养机制,把中国文化和外宣文本纳入教学过程中并与翻译教学有机融合,促进学生翻译能力的提高。The propaganda translation directly impacts the foreign exchange and Chinese cultural diffusion.It is extremely necessary for universities to train applied translators,establish a training system for translators,and improve the concept of training applied translators.This paper discusses the innovative training mechanism from the aspects of training objectives,curriculum system,market demand,translation practice,and teacher construction.The integration of Chinese culture and propaganda text into teaching process,and the organic confluence of Chinese culture and translation teachings will definitely improve the students'translation ability.
