摘 要:目的探究以学生为主体的情景教学法在骨科护理本科实习教学中的教学效果。方法将2019年7月至2020年5月间于我院骨科进行实习的2016级本科护理实习学生54名作为研究对象,按照学生组号数字单双数进行分组,对照组采用传统的情景模拟带教法完成骨科临床实习带教,实验组采用以学生为主体的情景教学法完成骨科临床实习带教,对不同带教模式下的教学效果进行探究。结果实验组护生临床培训教学考核理论知识得分与技能操作考核得分均显著高于对照组护生;实验组护生实习主动性、专科评估能力、沟通能力评分均高于对照组护生,两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在骨科护理本科实习教学中融入以学生为主体的情景教学法有效强化了学生的学习主动性,对学生临床护理综合能力的培养起到了积极的作用。Objective to explore effect of student-based situational teaching method in undergraduate practice teaching of orthopedic nursing.Methods We chose 54 cases of 2016 undergraduate nursing internship students in orthopedics department of our hospital from July 2019 to May 2020 as research objects,divided them into two groups according to odd and even numbers of students.Control group was treated with traditional scenario simulation teaching method for orthopedics clinical practice teaching,and experimental group with student-based situational teaching method for orthopedics clinical practice teaching.Explored teaching effect under different teaching modes.Results scores of theoretical knowledge and skill operation assessment for clinical training of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group;scores of internship initiative,specialty assessment ability,and communication ability of experimental group were higher than those of control group.There was statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Incorporating student-based situational teaching methods into practice teaching of orthopedic nursing undergraduates can effectively strengthen learning initiative of students and played positive role in cultivating their comprehensive clinical nursing ability.
