成庄矿无轨胶轮车调度系统研究

摘　　要：为解决成庄矿无轨胶轮车调度系统效率低等问题,结合矿井实际情况提出一种无轨胶轮车调度系统,并进行现场工业试验。结果表明:①在井下主要辅助运输巷布置无线基站,为地面调度中心与无轨胶轮车间信息交互创造了良好条件;②采用基于UWB的定位技术可对无轨胶轮车进行精准定位,定位信息通过无线基站传输给地面调度中心,使得监控中心可实时掌握无轨胶轮车位置、状态;③无轨胶轮车车载终端通过无线网络地面调度中心进行数据交互,司机可根据自身情况对是否接收指令进行判定,提高调度可靠性;④调度系统可根据各调度指令控制巷道内红绿灯,实现各车辆平稳运行。研究成果为其他矿井无轨胶轮车调度系统构建提供了宝贵经验借鉴。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle dispatching system in Chengzhuang Mine,a trackless rubber-tyred vehicle dispatching system was proposed in combination with the actual situation of the mine,and field industrial tests were carried out.The results show that:①The wireless base station is arranged in the main auxiliary transportation lane of the underground mine,which creates good conditions for the information exchange between the ground dispatch center and the trackless rubber wheel workshop;②UWB-based positioning technology can accurately locate and position the trackless rubber wheel vehicle.The information is transmitted to the ground dispatch center through the wireless base station,so that the monitoring center can grasp the position and status of the trackless rubber tire vehicle in real time;③The on-board terminal of the trackless rubber tire vehicle exchanges data through the wireless network ground dispatch center,and the driver can check whether to receive according to his own situation The instructions are determined to improve the reliability of dispatch;④The dispatch system can control the traffic lights in the lane according to the dispatch instructions to realize the smooth operation of all vehicles.The research results provide valuable experience and reference for the construction of other mine trackless rubber tire vehicle scheduling systems.
