基于中国饮食文化的菜名英文翻译研究

摘　　要：作为中国文化的重要组成部分,中国饮食文化反映了我国劳动人民的智慧,中国菜名也反映了我国博大精深的饮食文化。在当今文化交流频繁的时代,准确地将中国菜名翻译成英文,传播中国饮食文化,对于促进不同国家人民之间的交流有着十分重要的意义。在全面总结中国菜名特征的基础上,提出了中国菜名翻译遵循的具体原则,并通过对菜名的分析和分类阐述了英文翻译的主要方法。Chinese catering culture occupies a highly important position in the Chinese culture.As the Chinese culture's important component,the Chinese catering culture had reflected people's wisdom,Chinese dish has also reflected our country broad and profound catering culture.The English translation of Chinese dish names plays a significant role in promoting the interaction among peoples of different nations.This paper summarized the Chinese dish famous specialty spot comprehensively after introducing correlation theories,.Based on this,the paper proposes the practical translation principles.Finally,it classifies the Chinese dish names into five major groups and puts forward specific translation techniques.
