摘　　要：以安庆职业技术学院为例,围绕制造类专业高素质技能型人才的培养,探讨学院在专业体系建设、工匠精神培养、科技成果转化及创新创业教育方面的实践成效,以供相关高职院校借鉴。Focusing on the cultivation of high-quality skilled personnel,this paper takes Anqing Vocational&Technical College as an example,introducing some experiences and practices for reference by relevant Higher Vocational Colleges on building professional system,the cultivation of artisan spirit,transformation of scientific and technological achievements and in innovation and entrepreneurship education.
