摘  要:目的探讨多学科诊疗(MDT)联合案例教学法(CBL)、结合问题为基础的教学法(PBL)的教学模式在消化内科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法选择2018年9月—2020年9月在本院消化内科轮转的住院医师规范化培训学生(以下简称:住培生)120名作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将学员分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各60名。对照组进行传统教学查房,观察组进行MDT联合CBL+PBL教学查房。比较两组住培生的临床考核成绩、教学效果、教学满意度。结果临床考核成绩比较显示,观察组基础理论知识考试、临床技能考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学效果评价、教学总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论MDT联合CBL+PBL教学模式在消化内科住院医师规范化培训教学中的教学效果显著,利于提高理论及技能水平、培养临床思维、激发学习主动性,以便培养优秀的临床医师。Objective To explore the application effect of multi disciplinary treatment(MDT)combined with case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)model in standardized training of residents in gastroenterology department.Methods From September 2018 to September 2020,120 students received standardized training of resident(hereinafter referred to as resident trainees)in the department of gastroenterology of the first affiliated hospital of Bengbu Medical College were selected as study objects.The students were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.Resident trainees in the control group were taught with traditional teaching rounds,and the students in the observation group received MDT combined with CBL plus PBL teaching rounds.The clinical examination results,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The comparison of clinical examination results showed that the examination results of basic theoretical knowledge and clinical skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching effect and the total satisfaction of teaching in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The teaching effect of MDT combined with CBL plus PBL teaching mode in the standardized training of residents in gastroenterology department is significant,it is conducive to improve the level of theory and skills,cultivate clinical thinking,stimulate learning initiative,and cultivate excellent clinicians.
