后疫情时代高校体育与健康教育发展策略

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情给我国各行各业带来了深远的影响,我国将逐步进入“后疫情时代”。当前高校体育与健康教育是目前急需研究的问题,针对后疫情时代高校体育与健康教育的发展策略,从5个方面提出建议:1)科学利用现代网络技术,将线上与线下教学模式相结合;2)抓住群众聚焦健康问题的机会,提高学生对于健康教育的重视;3)高校校开展针对学生疾病预防的健康教育;4)传授科学健身的知识帮助学生提升身体素质、提升免疫力;5)以防疫工作为契机,将学校体育健康教育常态化。The epidemic of COVID-19 has a profound impact on various industries in China.China has gradually enter the post-epidemic era.At present,physical education and health education in colleges is an urgent problem to be studied.According to its development strategy,Suggestions should be made from five aspects:1)Using modern network technology scientifically,combining online and offline teaching mode.2)It should seize the opportunity for the masses to focus on health problems and improve students'attention to health education.3)Health education for students'disease prevention should be carried out in colleges and universities.4)Teaching scientific fitness knowledge to help students improve their physical quality and immunity.5)Taking the epidemic prevention work as an opportunity to normalize the school physical health education.
