摘 要:采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,结合中小学体育师资建设当前发展,对新时代中小学体育教师的要求、现状与转向进行了学理上的审思与分析。结论:新时代背景下,国家出台的各项政策性文件,为新时代中小学体育师资建设中“人力”发展提出了新要求。迫切需要新时代中小学体育师资队伍从自觉内省(即体育教师“普适性价值”与“独特性担当”的理念)、能力转变(即师资队伍“标准化评定”与“精确性提升”的诉求)、协调运行(即体育教学“同一性目标”与“分工化作业”的合作)3个方面实现“三位一体”式创造性转向,才能切实解决新时代中小学体育师资队伍建设中“人力”发展问题,推动21世纪学校体育的改革步伐。The research methods of literature and logical analysis were used to examine and analyze the requirements,current situation and transformation of physical education teachers in primary and middle schools in the new era,taking into account the current development of physical education teacher training in primary and middle schools.In the context of the new era,the various policy documents issued by the state have put forward new requirements for the development of"human resources"in the construction of primary and middle school physical education teachers in the new era.There is an urgent need for the new era of primary and secondary school physical education teachers to change from conscious introspection(i.e.,the concept of"universal value"and"uniqueness"of physical education teachers),competence(i.e.,the demand for"standardized assessment"and"precise improvement"of teachers),and coordinated operation(i.e.,the cooperation between"homogeneous goals"and"divided work"of physical education).In order to achieve the"trinity"creative turn,it can effectively solve the problem of human resource development in the construction of primary and middle school physical education teachers in the new era,and promote the pace of reform of school physical education in the 21st century.
