高职《演讲与口才》教学有效性评价指标体系的创新研究

摘　　要：文章分析了有效教学评价指标体系创新应坚持的价值取向、理念、原则,分别从教师和学生维度,构建了教学目标、教学内容、教学过程、教学方法、学习参与、学习结果6个一级评价指标,确定了评价内涵、评价标准、评价权重、评价等级,构建了高职《演讲与口才》教学有效性评价指标体系。This paper analyzes the effective teaching evaluation index system of innovation,which should adhere to the value orientation,concept and principles.It builds the teaching target,teaching content,teaching process,teaching methods,learning participation,learning results,6 level evaluation index respectively from the dimension of teachers and students.It also determines the evaluation standard,evaluation content,evaluation weights and the evaluation grades and builds the“Speech and Eloquence”teaching effectiveness evaluation index system.
