基于中西文化差异下的英语翻译教学的策略分析

摘　　要：英语翻译教学要注重实用性,但是从当前的英语翻译教学来看,教师开展英语翻译教学活动时更多地使用的是一种孤立的教学理念,注重翻译理论知识的讲解,但是却忽视了必要的文化知识的补充,导致学生掌握了机械的翻译方法,但是在实际翻译过程中却由于不了解中西文化差异而出现一些翻译问题,针对这种情况,教师一定要给予高度重视。基于中西文化差异的英语翻译教学策略进行探析,旨在为人们提供一定的参考。Practicality should be emphasized in English translation teaching.However,from the perspective of the current English translation teaching,teachers tend to use an isolated teaching philosophy when carrying out English translation teaching activities.They pay attention to the explanation of theoretical knowledge of translation,but ignore the supplement of necessary cultural knowledge.As a result,students master mechanical translation methods,but in the actual translation process,there are some translation problems due to the lack of understanding of the differences between Chinese and Western cultures.Teachers must attach great importance to this situation.Based on the differences between Chinese and Western cultures,this paper explores the strategies of English translation teaching in order to provide some references for people.
