个性化推荐系统对健康类APP用户不持续使用意愿的影响研究

摘　　要：基于隐私关注理论和心理抗拒理论研究个性化推荐系统对健康类APP用户不持续使用意愿的影响,通过问卷调查和结构方程模型方法进行实证研究。研究发现,在健康类APP的应用场景下,个性化推荐系统对用户不持续使用意愿具有直接的显著影响,个性化推荐系统至少存在两个不利影响的作用路径,其一是对隐私关注具有直接的正向影响作用;其二是对用户感知视野狭窄具有直接的正向影响作用。感知视野狭窄对健康类APP不持续使用意愿具有间接的正向影响关系,通过心理抗拒诱发对用户不持续使用意愿的影响,实证研究也表明,心理抗拒对用户不持续使用APP具有直接正向的影响关系。Based on privacy concern theory and psychological resistance theory,it studied the influence of personalized recommendation system in this paper on the unsustainable use intention of Health APP users,and conducted an empirical study through questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling.It found that in the application scenario of Health APP,personalized recommendation system has a direct and significant impact on users’unsustainable use intention,and there are at least two adverse effects of personalized recommendation system.One is the direct positive impact on privacy concerns,the other is the direct positive impact on users’perception of narrow vision.The narrow perception field of vision has an indirect positive impact on the unsustainable use intention of Health APP.Inducing the influence of user’s intention of not using continuously through psychological resistance,and empirical studies also showed that psychological resistance has a direct positive impact on users’unsustainable use of APP.
