摘　　要：培育与弘扬工匠精神已经上升为国家经济发展之重要战略,是最新的职业教育改革方针。如何将精益求精的工匠精神融入到人才培养中,是当代高职院校眼视光技术专业人才培养的重要课题。该文在工匠精神的视域下对眼视光技术专业的人才培养目标和规格进行了裂解和细化,从优化人才培养模式、改革课程体系、引入职业技能大赛,强化师资队伍建设等方面进行了分析,以期对眼视光技术专业人才培养模式改革提供思路和方法,为我国眼视光行业培养更多高素质技术技能人才。Cultivating and promoting the spirit of craftsmanship has become an important strategy for national economic development and the latest policy of vocational education reform.How to integrate the craftsman spirit of excellence into the training of talents is an important topic for the training of professionals in optics technology in contemporary higher vocational colleges.This article breaks down and refines the talent training objectives and specifications of the eye optics technology major from the perspective of the craftsman spirit,from optimizing the talent training model,reforming the curriculum system,introducing vocational skill competitions,and strengthening the construction of the teaching team,with a view to provide ideas and methods for the reform of the training mode of professional talents in optics technology,and cultivate more high-quality technical talents for the optics industry in our country.
