构建网络环境下高职学生心理健康教育新模式

摘　　要：随着时代的不断发展,我国科学技术水平在不断提高,互联网技术的出现给人们的日常生活带来了极大的便利。近几年,互联网技术的普及使得人们生活水平得到了大大提高。如今互联网技术已经被广泛地应用在各行各业的生产发展过程中,尤其是在教育阶段。在网络环境的背景下,如何对高职院校的学生展开更加科学合理的心理健康教育成为了高职院校应该重点研究的问题,高职院校承担着培养人才的重要任务,在对学生进行培养的过程中,不仅要教授学生专业的理论知识,同时还要帮助学生形成良好的思想道德素质,对学生的心理进行正确的教育,帮助学生拥有积极健康向上的心理素质,这样才能为社会培养出更加优秀的人才,从而推动我国社会能够得到更好的发展。With the continuous development of the Times,China’s scientific and technological level is constantly improving,the emergence of Internet technology has brought great convenience to people's daily life.In recent years,the popularization of Internet technology has greatly improved people's living standard.Now Internet technology has been widely used in all walks of life in the production and development process,especially in the education stage.Under the background of Network Environment,how to carry out more scientific and reasonable mental health education to the students of higher vocational colleges has become a problem that higher vocational colleges should focus on,in the process of training the students,we should not only teach them professional theoretical knowledge,but also help them form good ideological and moral qualities and carry out correct education for their psychology,help students to have positive and healthy psychological quality,so as to train more excellent talents for the society,and promote our society to get better development.
