摘　　要：建立"五色流式细胞术同时检测小鼠胸腺淋巴细胞亚群与淋巴细胞凋亡"方法,用于免疫学整合实验"淋巴细胞亚群及其凋亡"的实践教学,亦可作为后疫情时期调整压缩实验课的手段之一。新方法不仅可清楚地显示胸腺中双阴性T细胞、双阳性T细胞、CD4^(+)T细胞与CD8^(+)T细胞的比例,也能反映生理状况下各细胞亚群经过"阳性选择""阴性选择"所发生的细胞凋亡事件。To establish a method for simultaneous detection of lymphocyte subsets and apoptosis in mouse thymus by five-color flow cytometry, which was used to integrate lymphocyte subsets and apoptosis in immunological experiments, and can also be used as one of the means to adjust and compress the experimental courses in the post-epidemic period.The new method can not only clearly show the proportion of double-negative T cells, double-positive T cells, CD4^(+)T cells and CD8^(+)T cells, but also display the apoptotic events of each cell subgroup after "positive selection" and "negative selection" under physiological conditions.
