摘 要:班主任作为班级管理的主导力量,在学生管理及德育教育方面发挥着关键作用。中职的学生大多为学习自觉性不高、整体文化素质较低的学生群体。基于此,深入分析中职专职班主任的角色定位及其重要价值,针对班主任日常管理工作中出现的工作繁杂、工作压力大、工资福利相对较低、人员流动大等问题,提出重视班主任角色、健全班主任激励机制、提升班主任专业能力等具体措施,加强班主任队伍建设。As the leading force of class management,the head teacher plays a key role in student management and moral education.Most of the students in secondary vocational schools are students with low learning consciousness and low overall cultural quality.Based on this,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the role orientation and important value of the full-time head teachers in secondary vocational schools.In view of the problems in the daily management of the head teachers,such as complicated work,high work pressure,relatively low wages and benefits,and large turnover of personnel,it puts forward some specific measures to strengthen the construction of the head teachers,such as attaching importance to the role of the head teachers,improving the incentive mechanism of the head teachers,and improving the professional ability of the head teachers.
