新时期大学师生关系的几点思考

摘　　要：师生关系是发生在教学活动中的特定人际关系。目前大学师生关系问题已经成为学界关注的热点和难点。本文从校园内和校园外分析了目前大学师生关系异化的原因。并从巩固师生情感联结、切实解决学生实际问题、切实增强学生幸福感等三个方面提出了改善大学师生关系的途径。The relationship between teachers and students is a specific interpersonal relationship in teaching activities.At present,the relationship between teachers and students in universities has become a hot and difficult issue.This paper analyzes the causes of the alienation of the relationship between teachers and students from both inside and outside the campus.It also puts forward the ways to improve the relationship between teachers and students from three aspects:consolidating the emotional connection between teachers and students,solving students'practical problems,and enhancing students'sense of happiness.
