摘　　要：在新时代教育公平发生了深刻变化,个性化教育成为教育公平的新要求.我们不仅应当考察教育公平与个性化教育的历史发展状况,还应当考察两者之间的现实发展状况,对教育公平与个性化教育之间不协调的现状进行深入分析.此外,应当从创新教育理念、优化教育体制、促进教育均衡等出发,为教育公平和个性化教育的一致性发展创造良好条件.In the new era,profound changes have taken place in educational equity,and personalized education has become a new requirement of educational equity.We should not only investigate the historical development of education equity and personalized education,but also the actual development between them,and deeply analyze the current situation of disharmony between education equity and personalized education.In addition,we should create good conditions for the consistent development of educational equity and individualized education by innovating educational ideas,optimizing educational system and promoting educational balance.
