摘　　要：中国梦的实现需要创新人才的加入,国家对创新人才的迫切需求致使高校教育教学管理需要开辟新的思路.在当前时代更迭中,高等教育必须用创新型人才的增长应对多变的世界.此外,创新型人才的增长是文明发展的象征,而教育是这种形式的力量.科学的教学管理方法可以培养人才的创新意识,反之则会阻碍人才的发展.本文结合教育改革背景下高校教育教学管理的现状,探究高校教学管理创新的途径.The realization of the Chinese dream requires the participation of innovative talents.The urgent demand of the state for innovative talents leads to the need to open up new ideas in the management of higher education and teaching.In the changing times,higher education must cope with the changing world with the growth of innovative talents.In addition,the growth of innovative talents is the symbol of civilization development,and education is the power of this form.Scientific teaching management method can cultivate the innovative consciousness of talents,otherwise it will hinder the development of talents.Based on the current situation of college education and teaching management under the background of education reform,this paper explores the ways of innovation of college teaching management.
